Col. Joseph D. Petrone Sr. has been practicing real estate in Philadelphia for over thirty-five years. He is a licensed PA real estate broker and appraiser as well as an auctioneer. For over 22 of those years, he has managed real estate for the city of Philadelphia Department of Public Property. As the city's chief real estate officer, he had the responsibility for a multi million-dollar real property inventory, residential, commercial and industrial. He has maintained an office in the Northwest sector of the city for over 30 years. Petrone Real Estate is the only and oldest neighborhood real estate office in East Falls.
Joseph is a graduate of LaSalle University and The Wharton School of Real Estate and Finance University of Pennsylvania .
